Each Wanna One member has received their first payment! An insider has revealed that each member's label had been paid 150 million KRW (approximately 133,000 USD) for their first payment. The members will then split it with their label according to their contract (individual trainees Kim Jae Hwan, however, takes it all for himself). It's estimated that the boys made 3.3 billion KRW (approximately 2.9 million USD) total in terms of pure profit together, which was first split with CJ E&M and YMC Entertainment.
This first payment also does not include the boys' album profits (and costs). As they sold a record-breaking number of their debut mini-album, they're expected to have well surpassed the original estimate of their pure profit.
